This level of funds will be used as “GAP” lending funds for our property flippers.

This level of funds will be used as “GAP” lending and Rehab funds for our property flippers.

This level of funds will be used as Rehab lending funds for our property flippers.

The Elite Investor has access to

Member holdings max – $2,500,000
The elite member funds will be used as  Venture funds for our Programs.  This means they have the first look and can choose which properties to tie up in our program neighborhoods that they get as collateral.
